Lion Head Rigging
The rigging process went pretty smoothly. The rig was rather simple to work with. Most of the problem occurs when editing the blendshape for eye closing. For example, the blendshape didn't mirror correctly and I needed to redo the entire blendshape to resolve it.

Retargeting
I pretty much forgot which point goes where when trying to bind them to the actor, had to open last year's project and Powerpoint to double-check.
I imported the motions I wanted into Maya. Then used the time editor to blend different parts into a continuous sequence. Matching pose and location using the relocator was brilliant, I really like this function in Maya.
