Week 11

Rendering 

The rendering went quicker than I expected. Went out for dinner and left the rendering running, came back and surprisingly everything was done already. Really satisfied with the results. I did notice there are some image artifacts but I can't get rid of them. Did another render pass yet the image artifacts are still visible.

Background music made using AI

I saw people creating surprisingly good music using Suno AI and wanted to try it myself. And this project was the perfect opportunity to use it. Basically, you just feed the AI a prompt and it will generate music in minutes. For my case, I tested prompts like "Chinese lion dance, strong drumbeats, traditional instruments" etc. The first couple of attempts were really decent, to the point that it was a bit terrifying.  I then continued refining the prompt, and after a couple hundred credits (you get 10 credits free every day), I finally had a couple songs that I was satisfied with.

I then mixed them into one in Premiere.
